A vacancy has occurred for an Assistant Cook who is motivated, interested, and takes pride in ensuring that a high standard of food preparation and service is maintained. Duties will include the preparation of food, cooking, food service, kitchen hygiene, and health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation such as the Food Safety Act and Health & Safety at Work Act. Experience in catering is essential. You will be initially based at one location but may be required to move with appropriate notice as the service requires. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave for 12 months.
