- Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team of 5 (2 marketers, 3 BDs), supported by external partners

- Building visibility and authority in our space through thought leadership, strategic PR and speaking opportunities
- Managing and optimising our go-to-market systems (HubSpot, reporting, pipeline intelligence)

You’ll likely have:
- Proven experience leading combined marketing and BD functions in a B2B agency, consultancy, or creative services environment
- A strong understanding of how international brands buy marketing services – especially relationship-led, strategic engagements
- Demonstrated success building campaigns that drive brand equity and pipeline, not just clicks
- Deep fluency with modern sales/marketing tooling (HubSpot essential), reporting and team workflows

Why join us?
- High-impact role shaping the growth trajectory of a respected, global marketing business
- Smart, collaborative culture that values initiative and long-term relationships
- Direct access to the leadership team and support from top-tier external partners
- Room to build your own team, process and playbook – no legacy red tape
