You will be driven by curiosity, self-motivation, and a genuine love for design that moves.

In this role, you will combine your strong graphic design principles with motion design skills to create visually compelling and engaging content. You will primarily be responsible for designing and formatting presentation decks for both internal teams and our external clients. Most of our work favours a clean, elegant, and professional aesthetic, so an appreciation for minimalist design and layout is essential.

Whether you are producing conceptual animations for pitches, crafting brand storytelling, or supporting our in-house marketing, you will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, juggling multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate content and ideas into clear, visually appealing slides.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand messaging and ensure clarity and impact in presentation materials.
  • Prepare and polish decks for client meetings, pitches, and internal reviews.
  • Support senior designers and creative leads across all stages of a project, from ideation to delivery.
  • Interpret briefs and develop creative ideas into engaging visual and motion content.
  • Contribute to the production of final deliverables, including documents, animations, and presentations.
  • Assist in presenting ideas to Directors, Senior Management, Clients, and Stakeholders.
  • Work across a diverse range of industries—from luxury brands to startups to architectural to products to name but a few.
  • Design and animate content across various formats and media, including branding, pitch decks, reports, and digital campaigns.
  • Create polished, modern graphics and motion pieces that function seamlessly across platforms and devices.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house 3D and animation teams, and other departments for integrated project delivery.
  • Experiment with emerging tools and formats and help explore creative opportunities in new markets.
  • Participate in internal reviews, take on feedback constructively, and iterate efficiently.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and timing in motion.
  • Experience creating design assets for animation, including storyboards, style frames, and transitions.
  • Basic knowledge of web design platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
  • Confident in presenting and communicating ideas clearly.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to creative work.
  • BA degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related field.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in Premiere Pro, Figma, or other video editing/design tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is advantageous.
  • Understanding of sound design principles and how audio complements motion graphics.
