Duties
- Help shape and support the development of Workforce solutions that improve People and System processes by providing subject matter expertise, guidance, advice, and input into architectural, technical, and business solutions.
- Work closely with Workforce Planning teams to document requirements related to modelling, analyzing, and forecasting the clientβs workforce needs, identifying gaps to inform growth plans and talent strategies.
- Provide insight and oversight of BAU change and its alignment with Programme direction and initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure full understanding of impacts from or on Workforce-related solutions within the wider technology landscape.
- Think critically, challenge assumptions, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure solution requirements are fit for purpose, aligned with the strategic direction of the programme, and meet BPO/Service requirements.
