We are seeking a skilled Banking Administrative Assistant to support a Senior Leadership team member and their team. This is an opportunity to apply organisational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic and successful business. We are looking for an individual that is hard-working, has a positive attitude and a self-starting nature.
Role Overview:
- Location: London/Onsite
- Contract Type: Contract
- Duration: 06 months + initially
- Rate: £27.50 per hour PAYE + holidays pay (7hrs a day - 35 hrs per week)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working within financial services or a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbally
- Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Confidence at dealing with people of all levels both internally and externally
- Proactive style and ability to work independently and as a team player
- Capable to multitask and prioritise
- Capable to work efficiently in a pressurised environment
- Strong planning/organisational and interpersonal skills
- Professional/confident manner
