The role: Office Administrator

Location: London

Hours: 9am-5:30pm, Mon-Thurs in the office, Fri wfh

Salary: Up to Β£28,000 DOE

Company Overview: We have a fantastic Office Administrator role on joining a busy and dynamic office in the heart of London. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for various day-to-day admin tasks and general smooth-running of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer Calls
  • Greet guests and be the first point of contact in the office
  • Collecting parcels delivered to the office
  • Ensuring the office is clean and tidy
  • Monitoring kitchen supplies
  • Preparing meeting rooms and overseeing the booking system
  • Supporting the EAs with events
  • Covering for EAs in their absence

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a support role
  • Highly proactive
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Organised and forward-thinking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
