The Role: WorldQuant is seeking an exceptional individual to join our CIO Management Team as an Associate Quantitative Program Manager. A successful candidate must possess a strong interest in learning about finance and global markets. Candidates will have a research mindset; be a self-starter, a creative and persevering deep thinker who is motivated by unsolved challenges. Basic experience with Python and Jupyter notebooks is beneficial.
- Support of Deputy CIO and CIO Management efforts
- Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes
- New Program development including requirements analysis, team formation, and working group management
- Cross-project resource management
- Identifying and addressing problems and risks
- Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving
- Refinement of marketing materials and our content generation process
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering)
- 2+ years of experience in project management or managerial position
- Proven experience in financial markets or investment management industry
- Strong evidence of being a self-starter and problem solver
- Interest in the Finance/Tech industry
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and judgement with strong attention to detail
- Mature and thoughtful, with the ability to operate in a collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Basic experience with Python and Jupyter notebooks

Pay Transparency: WorldQuant is a total compensation organization where you will be eligible for a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and benefits. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on job function and level, benchmarked against similar stage organizations. When finalizing an offer, we will take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package. The base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 USD.
