Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the Energy/PUI space Oversee the development of marketing materials, financial models, and key transaction documents Manage due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors and stakeholders Mentor and develop Analysts and Associates within the team Key Requirements 6+ years of experience within an investment banking environment Proven track record leading on the execution and negotiation of complex M&A transactions Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Sector experience in Energy, Infrastructure, or adjacent verticals #J-18808-Ljbffr
