$50,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Sales Director who will help increase company sales by converting customers into returning customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that sales agents are following our sales process and correct any deviations when needed
• Work with the Creative Team to find ways to market to and connect with more customers
• Compile daily reports from all managers to collect data on the amount of time teams spend on phone calls
• Work with Marketing to analyze the efficiency of their performance in order to better enhance call volume
• Plan campaign strategies and project department budgets
• Ensure that managers are assessing each team’s performance throughout the week
• Make sure all team members are happy, engaged, and improving at all times
• Ensure the Customer Sales teams know how to properly report product complaints and adverse events
• Meet with every manager regularly and ensure that they are focusing on personal and career growth with each team member
• Coordinate team-building activities
• Make sure all of the teams are profitable
• Keep the Vice President of Customer Sales updated on any issues

Position Requirements

• A passion for planning and creating project campaigns
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Ability to work in a team environment and brainstorm innovative marketing strategies
• Experience managing large teams
• Persuasiveness, confidence, and the ability to properly present ideas to executive groups
• Professionalism in both appearance and interactions with others
• Highly focused on increasing production
• Ability to handle stress and high-pressure situations well
• An organized mindset that aims to run things in the most efficient way possible
• Honesty about what you do and do not know, and then learn what you don’t know
• Ability to give trainings on small and big scales
• Ability to motivate, lead by example, foster a willingness to produce in others, and create a necessity in their role and division
• Ability to work in a team environment and create trust with agents by understanding their individual needs and abilities
• Ability to adapt to change quickly and follow through with tasks

Pay: $50,000 to $55,000 annually + commissions
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work Location: St. George, Utah
