Senior Client Advisor [FENDI Bicester village Outlet]

Position: Sales Associate / FENDI Ambassador Job Responsibilities: Provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients as a FENDI Ambassador. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories. Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs set by Department or Store Managers. Gather customer feedback on products, especially new launches. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base using CRM tools. Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines. Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations with a professional and personalized approach. Perform store duties assigned by team leaders and management. Operate the Company Sales Management system for stock transfer, payments, inquiries, and customer database input. Maintain inventory accuracy, support stock takes and cycle counts. Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Carry out any other duties reasonably required by the Company. Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 1 year in luxury sales. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred. High standards of personal image. Strong selling and communication skills. Excellent relationship-building skills, self-reliant, friendly, and patient. Organized, professional, and confident. Computer literacy and familiarity with retail management systems. Goal-oriented, capable of multitasking. Strong interest or knowledge of the fashion/luxury industry. Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
