Our client is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their dynamic team, delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leading role across a range of exciting projects.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead and manage projects across all RIBA work stages within the residential and commercial sectors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Prepare detailed quotations and tender submissions\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams\\n\\n * \\n\\n Produce comprehensive architectural drawing packages, specifications, and construction documentation independently\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee and delegate tasks within the project team to ensure high-quality output\\n\\n * \\n\\n Chair project meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions\\n\\n * \\n\\n Act as Contract Administrator for JCT Minor Works and RIBA Domestic contracts\\n\\n * \\n\\n Conduct regular site inspections to ensure technical compliance and exceptional build quality\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong experience delivering residential and commercial projects across all RIBA stages\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Highly organised with a proactive approach to continual improvement\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign (SketchUp desirable)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Commercial awareness with the ability to manage time and budgets effectively\\n\\nIf you’re a driven and experienced architect ready to take the lead on impactful projects, we’d love to hear from you
