Responsible for managing data systems and ensuring information accuracy to support business operations and requirements. Work with various teams within Ardagh to establish priorities and manage expectations with regards to the collection, review and deployment of data and Analytics. Key Responsibilities: • Developing use cases to demonstrate the benefits of various business intelligence tools • Reviewing and analysing data to identify patterns and trends • Ensuring that all data is validated before being published for use by other departments at Ardagh • Providing training on new business intelligence tools and technologies to users within the organization • Creating policies and procedures for the use of business intelligence tools within the organization • Coordinating with IT teams to install new business intelligence software or updates to existing software • Analysing data to identify business trends and opportunities based on customer behaviour • Communicating with management regularly to share updates on projects and ensure they are on track • Developing reports based on data analysis and providing recommendations for action • Develop dashboards, customized reports and scorecards based on business requirements • Collaborate with the rest of the Data Services Global teams to gather requirements from business and translate them into technical solutions. • Build compelling story, new product features and actionable insights using Data • Manage ad hoc analytic requests for OLTP and OLAP systems in an accurate and efficient manner. • Responsible for reviewing and optimization of SQL queries and investigating database performance issues. • Support Predictive Modeling, Forecasting and mentor young team consisting of data engineers, data visualization experts and data analytics professionals. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field • Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of data governance, profiling, analysis, and management tools • Exceptional analytic skills to provide insights recommendations that convinces key company stakeholders of business benefits • Experience in managing and overseeing complex technology infrastructure programs • Experience with SQL and statistical analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
