We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Teacher to join our dynamic team, working across a range of schools or long term or permanently with a school in Surrey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching their subject specialism and is looking for a long-term or permanent opportunity.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons in your subject specialism according to the curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to monitor and progress student performance.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and foster a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in regular meetings and professional development sessions.
• Provide feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and curriculum effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fully qualified teacher status (QTS or QTLS).
• Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant subject curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs.
• Full right to work in the UK is required.
