Role Overview

They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the engineering & manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the engineering & manufacturing sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to leadership roles in engineering & manufacturing.
• Develop candidate briefs and market mapping reports.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from client briefing to placement.
• Contribute to business development and client acquisition.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment.
• Proven success in senior placements, especially in engineering & manufacturing.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and candidate management systems.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Knowledge of engineering & manufacturing industries.
• Experience working with organizations in these sectors.
• Experience selling retained search solutions.
