Contract Manager

We've partnered with a dynamic and fast-growing electrical installation company based in Epsom. Backed by private equity and powered by a genuine, kind, and ambitious leadership team, they are on an exciting growth journey and now, we’re looking for a Contracts Manager to help lead the way.

As Contracts Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of social housing contracts, typically around £3 million in value. You’ll oversee project delivery, ensure compliance, manage client relationships, and help drive operational excellence in a high-growth environment. You don't need an electrical background — we’re open to professionals from any trade, as long as you have solid experience managing social housing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple social housing contracts from mobilisation through to final delivery.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and managing contract profitability.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with key stakeholders.

To Be Successful:

• Proven experience managing social housing contracts (essential).
• Comfortable handling contracts valued around £3 million.
• Track record of delivering profitability and maintaining long standing relationships.
• Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
