What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating domestic, international, and European removals for private and corporate clients.
• Managing move schedules from booking through to delivery and post-move follow-up.
• Liaising with clients, shipping partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless relocations.
• Preparing customs documentation and compliance paperwork for international shipments.
• Managing inventory lists, insurance coverage, and special handling requirements.
• Providing accurate quotations and service explanations to prospective customers.
• Monitoring shipment progress and proactively resolving delays or issues.
• Booking transportation methods including road, air, and sea freight.
• Maintaining CRM systems and updating client records with movement statuses.
• Advising clients on relocation timelines, packing requirements, and customs clearance.
• Supporting the sales team with technical and operational input during proposals.
• Ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards and client expectations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing domestic and international removals.
• Knowledge of European and international shipping routes, documentation, and customs.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a customer-service orientation.
• The ability to employ move management or CRM software.
