Executive Assistant in Theatre

Do you love going to the West End and watching as much theatre as possible or have you already worked within the industry? If so, we have a super EA opportunity for you. This is a fast paced EA role within a top notch organisation where you will be relied upon to offer exemplary EA support to two influential individuals.

You will love being a true gatekeeper and will have experience of managing complicated diaries, liaising with highly influential people within the industry and being able to deal with big personalities. 

\\n\\n

This is an office based position supporting a highly influential duo who need a true and experienced right hand to take the reins. The role suits someone who is naturally uber organised, can decipher and priorities from a myriad of tasks on a daily basis and who most all understands what working in  theatre really means.

The role will involve:

• Handling super busy/chaotic diaries

\\n\\t

• Being able to build great relationships with every corner of the industry

\\n\\t

• Being the eyes and ears of the organisation

\\n\\t

• Building great stakeholder relationships

\\n\\t

• Being able to write well and concisely 

\\n\\t

• So much more than a standard EA role

\\n\\t

• Being comfortable managing others

\\n

\\n\\n

They need someone who loves being an EA and can demonstrate that they are genuinely solutions focused. You will need to be educated to degree level (or equivalent) for this role and have a real love and ideally a background in theatre.
