Essential Skills & Experience: Experience working with various Engineering teams – Software and Product. Managing multiple squads, including Engineers, Data Analysts, Software Engineers, Tech Leaders, Scrum Masters. Experience in creating delivery plans, roadmaps, etc. Insurance industry background.
