Business Analyst- Contract- Insurance

We're working with a reputable Lloyd’s market insurer currently recruiting two contract Business Analysts to join their business change team.

We’re looking fortwo experienced BAs, each focused on key transformation workstreams:

Claims Business Analyst

• Supporting ongoing transformation initiatives within the claims function – operating model changes, system enhancements, and process optimisation.

Delegated Authority Business Analyst

• Focused on DA oversight and controls – helping to drive improvements across bordereaux management, coverholder systems, and compliance processes.

Role requirements:

• Proven Lloyd’s market experience – this is essential
• Strong track record of delivering on either claims or DA projects
• Experience working closely with business and technical teams to define requirements, map processes, and support delivery
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Comfortable working to hybrid model – 3 days per week in London office
