Job Description:

As a Private Equity / M&A Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of transactions, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Leveraged buyouts
• Private equity investments
• Venture capital investments
• Corporate governance
• Restructurings

You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide practical and effective legal advice while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school
• Strong academic record
• 2-5 years of experience in a leading law firm's private equity / M&A practice
• In-depth knowledge of M&A structures, private equity investments, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
