Providing domiciliary care in clients\’ homes, our Adult Care Workers are versatile, compassionate, and engaging. We are expanding our team and inviting you to join this rewarding sector! Main responsibilities include: Assisting clients with personal care. Manual handling to assist clients in mobilising. Following clients\’ care plans to ensure quality care. Administering medication. Assisting with food preparation. Providing comfort and excellent customer service. No previous experience or qualifications are necessary. We provide a week-long classroom induction and shadowing period. All you need is the ability to connect with people and a desire to support others. You will work on a 2-week rota, ensuring a good work-life balance. Weekend work is required, but only one in two weekends. As a strategic provider for North Somerset Council, your hours will be guaranteed and consistent across cycles. What’s in it for you? A joining bonus of £1,000.
