The video team is a vital part of the Global Brand team at ELEMIS. Collaborating closely with social and brand marketing teams, you will develop video briefs by providing creative input, technical solutions, and general video expertise. You will also create and edit a wide range of video content to support the brand. You should always consider how videos will achieve impactful results and align with the overall video strategy objectives. A solid technical knowledge of equipment capabilities and limitations is essential, along with an understanding of marketing channels and their creative nuances. It\’s important to recognize the different needs within the marketing funnel, such as conversion, consideration, and awareness. The role requires a focused, hardworking, and positive individual. You must remain calm and professional under pressure and in ambiguous situations, maintaining a proactive attitude.
