The successful candidate will lead client relationships across the EMEA and APAC regions, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary relationship manager for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and growth. Develop in-depth knowledge of clients\’ needs and provide tailored solutions utilizing credit data and risk analytics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and maximize client value. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
