Our client, a high-growth consumer wellness startup, is looking for a Co-Founder (CMO) to lead and scale their D2C business. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a brand with clear traction, differentiated products and strong investor backing.

About You
- Proven D2C leader with experience owning growth across acquisition, retention, brand and product
- Commercial mindset with full P&L ownership and strategic decision-making skills
- Hands-on operator, equally confident with data, creative and team leadership
- Skilled across paid social, influencer marketing, lifecycle and content strategy
- Strong across Shopify, GA4, CRM platforms and analytics tools
- Bonus points for experience with subscriptions, launching new products, or geographic expansion
