We are currently working with a fast-growing residential developer known for delivering high-quality, affordable homes. Their East Midlands office in Loughborough offers a collaborative and ambitious environment. As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team.

You’ll take ownership of the financial and contractual elements of residential developments across the region. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing cash flows and budgets
• Site valuations and performance reporting
• Managing contracts and subcontractors
• Driving procurement and cost efficiency
• Supporting land appraisals and site starts
• Using systems like COINS for orders and payments
• Contributing to commercial strategy and KPIs

Requirements:

• Experience in quantity surveying (residential preferred)
• Strong commercial and construction knowledge
• Familiarity with systems like COINS
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
