You will work closely with an L&D Administrator, HR, and Talent teams. Your role is to business partner with senior leaders, oversee the L&D function, and deliver high-quality learning experiences to meet business and colleague needs. Responsibilities: Lead and manage an L&D team Create and implement a 5-year L&D strategy Support apprenticeship strategy, utilizing apprenticeship levy and aligning with business objectives for long-term talent development Rewards: 22 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 4 years, with options to purchase additional leave Employee Assistance Programme Pension scheme (5% contribution, matched by the company) Life cover (2x salary) available for pension scheme members Fully electric company car The role is primarily office-based with some flexibility for home working.
