Systems Support Analyst - TM1

Social network you want to login/join with: The purpose of the role is to act as TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics SME and provide support on TM1 instances globally. This role will administer, maintain, and develop the current systems using best practices and provide BAU support to end users. It will also involve administering the Blackline tool used by the Finance community. The role includes configuring associated infrastructure, maintaining it proactively, identifying system and process improvements, and leveraging existing systems for maximum value while implementing new functionalities within the TM1 scope. The candidate will work closely with the Group Finance team and overseas counterparts, continually improving the system, supporting the implementation of the new Global ERP system, and developing a close working relationship with the project team for the new corporate reporting cube development. This involves collaborating with stakeholders, defining project scope, developing plans, and ensuring successful implementation. This position requires a hands-on approach, with the candidate ready to meet deliverables and timelines effectively. What You\’ll Do System Administration, Development & Support Lead in developing and maintaining TM1 models, cubes, rules, and TI processes, following best practices. Perform system admin tasks, monitor data integrity, support month-end, forecast, and planning cycles. Manage change processes, develop user guides, and provide training. Identify process enhancements, support system upgrades, and manage licenses and audits. ERP Implementation (Project One) Support ERP project team, conduct user testing, and ensure system changes are integrated into BAU. New Projects & Implementations Lead new TM1 initiatives, define project scope, and oversee UAT and resolution of issues. What We\’re Looking For Minimum 4 years’ experience in Finance Systems administration. Proven experience with IBM Cognos TM1 models, including project lifecycle management. Experience managing TM1 during month-end, budgeting, and planning cycles. Strong knowledge of TM1 rules, feeders, TI processes, and ETL development. Advanced Excel skills and experience with MDX, MS SQL, and TM1 server management. Knowledge of IBM Planning Analytics, PAX, PAW, and experience with various TM1 models is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
