We’re working with a leading UK law firm to hire a talented and ambitious Real Estate Finance Associate (2–4 PQE) to join their thriving London office. This is a superb opportunity to join a market-leading REF practice, acting for top-tier lenders and high-profile borrowers on complex, high-value transactions across all real estate asset classes.
The Role
- Work alongside a dynamic team of Partners and Associates on a wide range of real estate finance work, including:
- Senior and mezzanine debt structures
- Development finance across residential, PRS, student housing, logistics and mixed-use schemes
- Hotel and leisure finance
- Islamic finance transactions
- Domestic and cross-border mandates
You’ll advise leading financial institutions, debt funds, family offices, property companies, and institutional investors, with the chance to take early responsibility and client exposure in a supportive, high-performance environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 PQE with experience in real estate finance or general banking with exposure to REF
- Trained at a well-regarded national, City or international firm
- Technically strong and confident drafting facility and security documentation
- Proactive, commercially minded and driven to develop client relationships
- Highly organised, collaborative and keen to support business development initiatives
