Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IT department with day-to-day support including basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues;
  • Help configure laptops, office devices, and standard software tools;
  • Support the installation and setup of network infrastructure such as routers, switches, and firewalls;
  • Participate in IT asset inventory management and labelling;
  • Assist with user account setup, email configuration, and access permissions;
  • Support routine security tasks such as backups and antivirus scans;
  • Assist in IT projects like system upgrades or application rollouts;
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;
  • Familiarity with Windows or Mac operating systems and basic MS Office tools;
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP, DNS, VPN);
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Chinese and English communication ability is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Availability: 3 to 5 days per week, flexible depending on academic schedule;
  • Preferred internship period: minimum of 3 months;
  • Internship certificate will be provided; outstanding interns may be offered a part-time/full-time opportunity.
