A leading global price reporting, analytics, and intelligence provider is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join their London office. This pivotal role will focus on expanding the company’s most valuable client relationships—managing and growing a portfolio of top-tier multinational accounts currently generating £4 million in annual revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships across the top 15 global enterprise accounts, with a strategic focus on growth and long-term retention.
- Drive year-on-year portfolio growth of at least 25%, by identifying and executing cross-sell, up-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple geographies, business units, and functions—ensuring the company's value proposition is deeply embedded in each client organization.
- Work closely with an Enterprise CSM and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing and data teams to create tailored solutions that solve clients' business challenges.
- Lead strategic account planning, including growth forecasting, stakeholder mapping, and executive engagement strategies.
- Negotiate complex contract uplifts in collaboration with legal and pricing teams to maximize value for both the client and the company.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing and growing Tier 1 multinational enterprise accounts, ideally within B2B data, analytics, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
- Demonstrable success delivering at least double-digit YoY revenue growth in high-value client portfolios.
- Experience navigating and influencing matrixed client organizations across regions, departments, and seniority levels.
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret usage data, market intelligence, and client feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with ambitious growth targets.
