We’re working on behalf of a global medical device company with a reputation for clinical excellence, digital innovation and strong YoY growth. Their premium portfolio includes implant systems, digital scanners and restorative solutions and due to an internal promotion they’re now looking for a high performing Territory Manager to join their UK sales team.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a medical, pharma, optical or diagnostics background who’s ready to step into a more technical, commercially strategic role with real progression and autonomy.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for driving sales and supporting clinicians across the Midlands region - owning your patch and developing trusted, long-term partnerships with dental professionals and labs.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts while actively prospecting new opportunities
- Promote a high end portfolio including implants, restorative components and digital intraoral scanners
- Create tailored commercial proposals to support customer growth
- Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, training and clinical support
- Use CRM and sales data to track performance and spot new business opportunities
This isn’t a ‘box ticking’ sales role; it’s about relationships, results and genuinely making a difference to patient care through cutting edge clinical solutions.
- Strong field sales experience: medical devices, pharma, optical or diagnostics preferred
- Excellent communicator who can sell to both clinicians and business owners
- Commercially astute with a consultative approach to selling
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude
- Full UK driving licence essential
You don’t need dental experience; full product training is provided, but a willingness to learn and a drive to win are must haves.
