An exciting opportunity for a proactive, upbeat Office Manager & PA to join a dynamic, boutique events business for a 6-month contract. With offices just 4 minutes from Earlsfield station, the business supports a range of high-profile clients across Mayfair and The City. The office has a modern, creative feel – think exposed brick, modern art, an in-house bar and pool table – and a friendly, collaborative culture where everyone mucks in.

The role will involve:

  • Ordering office supplies and consumables
  • Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they’re tidy and ready for guests
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Supporting the team with the little things that make a difference – from birthday cakes to prosecco
  • Providing PA support to the Co-Founder, including meeting preparation
  • Booking occasional travel for the family
  • Running ad hoc errands and lending a hand wherever needed

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Exceptionally organised, positive and enthusiastic
  • A natural team player with a warm, can-do attitude
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, lively environment
  • Based ideally within an hour’s commute of Earlsfield – this is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00–5:30
  • Previous OM and PA experience
  • Available immediately
