About you
You’re a paid media specialist with a strong command of Paid Social channels, from strategy through to execution. You understand how to build and manage impactful campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn (TikTok and Pinterest a plus) and have the creative and analytical mindset to continuously refine them. Whilst we’re looking for someone with deep Paid Social experience, understanding and implementing Paid Search campaigns is also a requirement, giving you a broader lens on digital performance. You are commercially aware, fluent in data, and able to connect campaign results to client business goals. You're proactive, confident in managing client relationships, and passionate about the nuance of luxury - especially within travel and hospitality.
The role
As Paid Media Account Manager, you will take the lead on planning, executing and optimising Paid Social and Search campaigns for a portfolio of luxury clients. Reporting into our Digital Strategy Director, working closely with our existing paid team and fellow specialists across SEO, content and CRM, your work will ensure the right message reaches the right audience, with measurable impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Paid Social strategies across key platforms including Meta and LinkedIn - experience with TikTok and Pinterest a bonus
- Support broader paid media strategy, predominately Paid Search
- Manage campaign builds, budget pacing, performance analysis and reporting
- Liaise with clients to present insights, learnings and optimisations clearly and confidently
- Collaborate with the content, creative and digital teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaign assets
- Monitor performance data and market trends to make agile improvements
- Champion platform innovation and identify growth opportunities for clients
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns, ideally agency side
- Exposure to Paid Search campaigns and experience implementing strategies
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Understanding of tracking and pixel implementation for enhanced performance
- Confidence in forecasting, media planning and budget management
- Client-facing experience with strong presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with luxury audiences and tone of voice
- Experience in travel or hospitality industries highly desirable
