We are seeking an experienced Naphtha Trader with at least 5 years of experience at an investment bank or brokerage. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of naphtha markets, a proven track record in trading, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for managing and expanding trading portfolios, driving profitability, and ensuring effective risk management strategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage naphtha trades in both physical and derivatives markets.
Monitor market conditions, price trends, and news to make informed trading decisions.
Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize profitability while managing risks.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, suppliers, and counterparties.
Negotiate contracts and manage the logistics associated with physical naphtha trading.
Analyze market data to identify trading opportunities and market anomalies.
Collaborate with the risk management team to monitor and hedge risks associated with trading positions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the naphtha markets.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of trading experience in naphtha at an investment bank or brokerage.
Strong knowledge of naphtha markets, including supply-demand dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and key market players.
Proven track record of profitable trading in naphtha or related products.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make quick, informed decisions.
Experience with derivatives trading and risk management techniques.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
Proficiency in trading platforms and software tools.
