The role:
Lead deal origination, from identifying and qualifying potential targets to structuring and negotiating complex transactions.
Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers in the digital infrastructure and investment communities.
Deeply analyse market trends and opportunities, providing strategic insights to support deal execution.
Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Lead due diligence efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to assess financial, operational, and legal risks.
Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Candidate Requirements:
7+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or venture capital, with a strong track record in M&A transactions.
Deep expertise in the digital infrastructure sector, with a comprehensive understanding of its sub-verticals and evolving trends.
Proven ability to identify and originate attractive deal opportunities, build compelling investment theses, and navigate complex negotiations.
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with a knack for deciphering complex data and extracting actionable insights.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients, colleagues, and counter parties.
