This is a mid to long-term contract running from 3rd March to the end of November , with strong potential for further extensions if desired. Role Overview: As an IT Field Engineer , you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support across multiple retail locations in your designated region. You will be carrying out hands-on IT hardware installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting , including: Site surveys to assess IT infrastructure Installation, configuration, and replacement of payment devices (PEDs) Counter refreshes and hardware upgrades for POS (Point-of-Sale) systems Basic network troubleshooting and connectivity checks General IT support for in-store technology This is a Monday to Friday role , with standard working hours.
