Great opportunity for a Food Graduate looking to develop a career in NPD. Here you’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team in a trainee Product Developer role. You’ll be involved in the creation of innovative products for premium retail customers. This is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll learn all about the product development process from concept to launch.
You’ll help to develop products that meet customers’ briefs and be involved in product presentations to customers. You’ll be involved in product benchmarking and tasting panels, identifying key food trends to support the NPD strategy. The role involves ensuring the recipe management system, customer documentation and product files are all accurate and up to date. You’ll help to ensure all NPD projects are managed to the correct timelines.
This is a central London based role with some international travel and usually Fridays working from home. It would suit a recent Food graduate with a clear passion for quality food and some experience gained in an NPD environment. Someone who is organised with attention to detail and good communication skills.
It is a permanent, full-time position with a clear training and development plan. Therefore, it does require the permanent right to work in the UK. Sorry visa sponsorship is not available.
