We’re supporting a company in Bedfordshire as they embark on a full-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially aware SAP professional to lead a critical migration from SAP Business One to S/4HANA — with a clear mandate to redesign processes, enhance reporting, and drive real business impact. This is not just a delivery role — you’ll be hands-on with both the finance system and strategic planning, acting as the link between Finance, Operations, Project Management, and external implementation partners.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the full SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle
- Re-engineering financial and project planning processes using S/4HANA capabilities
- Driving data migration strategy and quality control
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and third parties
- Ensuring alignment with best practices (e.g. SAP Activate)
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA programmes, ideally from SAP B1 or ECC
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and core financial processes
- Proven leadership in end-to-end ERP implementations
- A hands-on approach to data, change management, and stakeholder alignment
- Ideally, a project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) and/or SAP credentials
- Must be security clearable
- Cannot require sponsorship for this role
