PwC is seeking a dynamic Marketing Automation Strategy Manager to join their innovative UK Digital Marketing Team. What your days will look like
- Design and execute automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio and Journey Builder to create personalised customer experiences.
- Analyse cross-channel communication journeys to optimise performance and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop automation strategies, manage UAT, QA, and pilot tests, while providing insightful analysis and reporting.
- Innovate and improve processes, ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws and industry standards.
- Deliver training on best practices to support team development and contribute to achieving annual marketing objectives.

This role is for you if
- You have proven experience with email marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Certification is a plus.
- You possess basic HTML/CSS skills and proficiency in SQL and AMPscript for effective email design and personalisation.
- You are experienced in developing and managing customer lifecycle programs to enhance engagement.
- You have a strong ability to deliver projects on time and achieve results through cross-functional collaboration.
