About The Role

You may currently be working as a Catering Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or perhaps an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager looking to progress your career. If you have management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!

You will be primarily responsible for the success of your store, including sales, profitability, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruitment, induction, training, and development of staff in line with Subway standards—lead by example!
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Check deliveries, match orders, and handle daily banking
  • Prepare stock and sales paperwork, employee pay, and timesheets
  • Manage cash balances and minimise wastage
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Subway and local guidelines
  • Perform inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reporting
  • Analyse weekly sales and inventory reports to improve business performance
  • Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
  • Implement in-store marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays in line with campaigns
  • Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries
  • Create a safe environment for employees and customers
  • Promote high customer service standards among staff
  • Handle escalated customer complaints effectively
  • Deliver excellent service in product handling, sales, and customer inquiries
