Established Developer with an excellent reputation urgently require a Technical Coordinator to join their team. The Developer concerned builds a mixture of bespoke high-end units and large type mix use sites and have a number of schemes that have been recently granted planning, so have a busy time ahead.

The ideal candidate will come from an architectural or design background and enjoy working on and have experience of design managing high-end units and be ready to support on larger mix use type sites. It is important that the successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to manage consultants and liaise with the construction team to ensure the product can be built.

This role will suit someone who is more of a junior or recently established technical coordinator as there is much room to grow in the role and with the company as they acquire more land and get larger as an organisation.
