ILM London is seeking Line Producers with a strong grasp of scheduling at both sequence and discipline levels. We are looking for individuals who embody production excellence and share our passion for exceptional filmmaking.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee show sequence or discipline schedules, ensuring a comprehensive schedule aligning with project size.
- Collaborate closely with Coordinators to maintain an organised and efficient project operation.
- Work with discipline supervisors and/or leads in crewing, casting, and scheduling work assignments.
- Provide nurturing and training to junior members of the production team.
- Keep a weekly synopsis of discipline and/or sequence accomplishments and outline next steps.
- Serve as a key communication liaison between relevant parties involved in your work.
- Collaborate with third-party vendor teams to establish task requirements in the schedule.
- Prioritise and escalate technical support issues as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience operating at the Line Producer level in VFX.
- Ability to competently schedule sequences across the VFX Pipeline is essential.
- Proven experience in effectively managing Artists and Coordinators.
