About Tatcha: Founded in 2009 by Vicky Tsai, Tatcha combines Japanese botanicals with clinical ingredients, crafted in Tokyo, to promote harmony, beauty, and well-being.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote, demonstrate, and communicate the Tatcha brand in Selfridges, achieving retail sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service with extensive product and brand knowledge.
- Plan and execute in-store trainings and events, manage stock levels, and report stock challenges.
- Develop positive relationships with store management and maintain merchandising standards.
- Achieve sales targets, increase counter productivity, and foster customer loyalty.
- Stay updated on skincare and beauty trends, and bring new ideas to maximize sales.
- Organize store activities and events to drive footfall and sales.
- Use product knowledge to influence customer choices and ensure high merchandising standards.
Essential Skills
- Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in growing accounts; FMCG or beauty/skincare experience is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and numeracy skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
