SERVICE DESIGNER – eDV CLEARED Service Designer £50,000 – £75,000 + Package Cheltenham office Hybrid work (2 days per week WFH) Must hold enhanced DV Clearance OVERVIEW: As a DV Cleared Service Designer working in the National Security sector, you will lookat the end-to-end experience of a service, considering both front-stage (user-facing) and back-stage (internal processes) elements. They design holistic solutions that improve the overall service delivery. ESSENTIAL SKILL SET: Experience with journey mapping and service blueprinting tools. Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. Systems thinking and ability to connect the dots across touch points. Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Map user journeys and service blueprints. Identify pain points and opportunities across the service ecosystem. Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders.
