Role Overview: This position involves working with an innovative cloud-based product in the area of digital evidence management for Public Safety (Law Enforcement) customers worldwide. The primary focus is deploying, maintaining, and supporting cloud solutions, assisting product teams with new product launches, and ensuring supportability and preventative measures. While experience in Azure is not mandatory, training will be provided. Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance and have resided in the UK for at least five years. The role requires commuting to Southampton five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support for the product.
  • Provision, deploy, patch, and upgrade enterprise software on Azure cloud.
  • Define and implement maintenance and health monitoring procedures.
  • Collaborate with various teams and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Deploy systems to replicate and diagnose customer issues.
  • Participate in a 24/7 support rota.

Candidate Profile:

  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and effective communicator.
  • Experience in technical customer support, especially in Public Safety, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Windows servers, web applications, and configuration management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with strong troubleshooting and organizational abilities.
  • Eligible for SC clearance and UK residency for five years.
  • Advantageous skills include familiarity with Azure Portal, scripting, SQL, Elastic Search, Kibana, and ITIL practices.
