At Arco, the UK’s leading integrated health and safety experts, we’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Contract Co-ordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our key customers receive outstanding service by managing their orders, back-orders, and stock settings. Acting as the vital link between customers, National Account Managers (NAMs), and internal support teams, you’ll play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
As part of the role, you will be required to undergo BPSS (Baseline Personal Security Standard) and DBS checks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the on-site store is open for the core-contracted hours of 09:00 – 15:00.
- Delivering first class customer service.
- Effectively managing customer orders and quotations utilizing both Arco’s and Customers' ordering platforms.
- Managing dedicated customer email inbox.
- Supporting key stakeholders to manage respiratory equipment.
- Proactively managing customer back orders, looking for ways to deliver on time, sourcing alternatives, and keeping NAM and customers updated.
- Attending monthly and quarterly review meetings with the customer when required.
- Creating and sending Monthly Loader Updates (catalogue management).
