Role Summary: We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our Accessories design team at our head office in Havant. Working closely with the buyer and under the guidance of the Design Manager, you will produce products that reflect key seasonal trends, shape our range, and align with our brand ethos.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling accessories collections across Women's and Men's categories, translating seasonal concepts into commercially relevant products.
  • Apply strong 3D design skills and leverage experience in print and surface design to enhance the range.
  • Proactively track emerging and future trends, sharing insights to drive innovation.
  • Create detailed and accurate design packs to ensure high-quality samples are delivered on time.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and maintain commercial awareness.
  • Collaborate with Buying to develop new ranges based on trend insights, sales data, and customer needs.
  • Produce CADs, design packs, and manipulate artworks, graphics, and prints with clear specifications.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding design details, materials, and construction queries.
  • Present seasonal collections to the team and senior management, articulating design directions and key styles.
  • Support the wider design team with trend research and theme development for seasonal presentations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent in a fashion-related subject.
  • Experience at assistant/junior designer level.
  • Excellent 3D drawing skills; print experience is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external partners and senior management.
  • Good research skills and ability to organise workload.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, materials, and construction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

  • Understanding of customer profiles, product ranges, and competitors.
