Marketing Manager My client is a well-established restaurant chain, covering all areas in Belfast. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a Full-Time Permanent position. Working hours: flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. With a salary of £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Job Role: You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive footfall, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. You will combine strategic thinking with creative execution, helping to elevate the company’s venues’ presence across both traditional and digital platforms. Essential Criteria: 3+ years in marketing management, preferably within hospitality or FMCG. Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM Professional Diploma) or relevant business/marketing degree. Strong digital marketing experience, with advanced knowledge of social media, websites, and online advertising. Event management expertise and experience working with PR and media. Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver results. Experience working with creative design teams to create POS materials. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
