We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our premium hosting services to prospective clients, helping businesses leverage our industry leading hosting solutions to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Safenames’ hosting services.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by researching and qualifying leads, with a focus on companies that would benefit from our hosting solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of Safenames’ hosting services, Colocation, VPS, dedicated servers, managed infrastructure as a service and cloud hosting, to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their hosting needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- CRM Management: Accurately document all interactions and update client records in the CRM system.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect insights from potential clients to enhance our offerings and identify trends in customer needs.

- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the technology or hosting sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with web hosting services, domains, and internet infrastructure is an advantage.
- Driven and Resilient: A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, determination, and a goal-oriented mindset.
