The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Senior Social Media Manager and will support our innovative experiences within the social media space. You will assist in implementing the social media strategy to develop the platform and create an engaged community. You should have extensive knowledge and experience in social media, understand its impact, and stay updated on new digital innovations. You will ensure Bicester Village’s social media platforms generate excitement, attract new visitors, and keep the brand top of mind in various markets. You will also support marketing campaign amplification and promote social media best practices across the business. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity, commercial insight, and ingenuity. This role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week onsite at Bicester Village.
What you will be doing
- Supporting social media initiatives to build platforms, create communities, and integrate social media into marketing strategies.
- Having a strong understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and others.
- Executing omni-channel social media campaigns to maximize ROI and business growth, with recommendations for amplification.
- Capturing photo and video content aligned with marketing briefs, using editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Videoleap, Photoshop) for content finalization.
- Providing analysis, insights, and recommendations to optimize social media performance and reporting to the wider business.
